A 30 tile base game tiny home with room for one sim. I did not use move objects. If you wanted to rebuild it with other packs, you are certainly welcome to do so.I kind of treated this build as a challenge build where I only used 12,000 simoleons/30 tiles/no mo/fully functional/and only base game items.
