Did some little change at the #waterkant from EA. Downstairs is a little #photostudio where your sims can #work. Upstairs is #loft kind livingroom with a small kitchen. There is place for a #singlemom or #parents with #onechild / #onlychild. #Dark style, a lot of #black furniture. Dont forget 'moveobjects' !
