Decided to make something random. Use bb.moveobjects and bb.showhiddenobjects. 1 bedroom and 1 bath, but downstairs can be turned into a bedroom with a small bathroom. Nice backyard area connected to a hill for beautiful photos or just watching the sunset. Not really a starter home, but if you have a sim that came into good fortune.
