One of the few buildings that survived the great fire of Windenburg - now renovated.There's a #gym on the ground floor with the obligatory floor to ceiling windows so your sims on the treadmills can see the action in the street (and passers by can see them), a #yoga room and a #meditation room on first floor, and the #spa on top floor with a #café, #sauna, and roof terrace with hot tub with view of the mountains - leave me a comment / building tips :)
