I created this house for my gay couple. They are quite snobish and have a lot of money. They are also owners of La Petite Chanson - a restaurant located next door ( also availale to download on my profile). I always wanted to create a house with a pond - can be accesible for your sims to swim if you remove some stones and flowers.
