Bex's uncle recently passed away leaving Bex everything he had, which was just this house and everything in it. The 70's were prime time for uncle Joe, he was a famed fizz maker and collected rare tiger frogs. Bex sold everything she owned, paid her old roomates for the rest of the years rent and moved into uncle Joe's house while she fixes it up.
