This old, blue home was built with an aspiring sim just starting out in their new career and/or perhaps still studying? I wanted the design to feel a bit outdated and imagined that most of the furniture came with the house when purchased (or "rented"). It's cute and quaint and I imagine the sim that will live here will host many study parties and backyard barbeques. Enjoy!
