This old #villa in #britchester was owned by a honorable owner until he unfortunally wasn't able to pay his bills anymore. So it was baught by an investor and got unprofesionally convertet into a #student housing. The rent sure is totally overpriced for what it is, but what are you gonna do if there is nothing else available.
