Designed to be connected to a sidewalk (or not). There's a lot of things you can change on the outside such as where the walkway goes. It can come out from the front of the house, either side, or from the back if you add a gate or remove the fence altogether. The home's exterior/landscaping was designed to make it easy to adjust to its location. You can also change or add stuff to the yard such as make it a place for laundry or a pool.
