The water pump allows water collection for off-the-grid lots. It cannot be moved in build mode, so you have to place it before building the lot and can only move it around by moving the whole lot. This way is more complicated but can be done without any mods. If you want to move it into or on an existing lot, the only way is to move this to a neighbouring lot and move it using the T.O.O.L. mod by TwistedMexi. Enjoy! #nocc #waterpump #offthegrid
