Off-The-Grid Crafter
I did my own shell challenge, a tier 2 tny home for a single sim, with the off-the-grid and simple living traits to make it slightly challengeing. There's one bedroom, one bathroom, a small kitchen and living space. There is an upstairs art loft, a chicken coup, off-the-grid laundry and space for growing food.
