Starter home for 8 adult roommates! Guys room and girls room with 2 sets of bunk beds in each. Both have ensuite bathrooms and a half bath off the living room. 3rd room is a music studio but could be a bedroom. Small, but functional kitchen with mostly off-grid appliances.
