I renovated the Torendi Tower Penthouse to be five one-bedroom or studio apartments with a lot of common space. It would be great for roommates gameplay, so your house always feels more lively or if you want to play a few different sims who aren't related and don't live together. I kinda phoned it in on the loft apartment, as I'll be personally using a lot of CC in it.
