A simple but nice family house with 3 bedroom for a couple, a child and a baby. The baby's room only need the bed to be changed to be a toddler room. Original shell is #smallsimsieshell - car not functional. Not playtested but it would only require you to slightly move an object (BB.MOVEOBJECTS ON).
