Starter House Newcrest I
I built a starter house on the 30 x 20, Oak Alcove in Newcrest. This is a tiny house for one or two sim (and a pet). Don't forget to use the cheats: bb.showliveeditobjects & bb.ignoregameplayunlocksentitlement because I kinda cheated in the landscaping of this house to still keep the lot "starte friendly".
