Situated in the arts district of #NYC, Monica, Rachel, Joey and Chandler somehow (#rentcontrol) managed to afford these fairly sizeable apartments and now you can too! This lot takes the place of the penthouse #apartment in the Arty neighborhood of San Myshuno. It has both units 19 (Joey and Chandler's) and unit 20 (Monica and Rachel's) as one "penthouse" so there's plenty of room for a whole cast of characters! While inspired by #friends, some creative licenses were taken! #TVBuild
