My entry into #bevshell2 challenge! Cute Victorian home w/ some modern reno updates in the interior. I'm gonna use this for my 1st #NSB challenge, so there's "pops of mint" throughout the build. I imagine my mint berry sim inherited this ancestral family home from her grandparents to live closer to her job as she pursues her Scientist career :) pls make sure u have MOVEOBJECTS ON before placing, designed to be placed in 30x20 lot in #Strangerville on the hills but place wherever you'd like.
