Modifed Nookstone to be a Tiny Home (32 Tiles). Created for the #NotSoBerryChallenge . I tried to throw in a few breaks in color as I could manage. Still very minty. Took creative liberty with the mailbox (its cute!) and smoke detector & thermostat are the exceptions, but I figured its nice to have that in case of fire and its always helpful when your sims arent freezing or melting to death.
