This is the OG starter house I used for the mint gen of the lilsimsie's Not So Berry Challenge (hents the mint). It has a lovely mini garden in the front with hedges, still has loads of space you can do stuff with inside, and still has room out the back for things like BBQs, wedding arches and any outdoor furnater.
