This is a small family home that good for starters This Build is just BASE GAME, NO PACKS are used. This is just UNDER $20,000 that is best for people who are just starting out. All the basic neccesities that a sim needs are included. (FYI: I used debug stuff (mods) for landscaping since its the only way to make the landscaping pretty and presentable with in the budget.
