Remodeled Nookstone from looking run down to looking sleak and modern (given the budget). The goal was to keep the remodel under 20,000 so that it's still attainable for new Sims needing a starter in Oasis Springs. It's now a two bedroom and has a much better flow with a hall connecting the bedrooms and bathroom. The kitchen, dining, and living rooms are all open concept with lots of natural light.
