I was inspired by lilsimsie to try and recreate nookstone, but couldnt think of a word to use in the title because simsie inspo sounded weird? I guess? IDK. In this build as strict on myself as she was in her YT video. I just made sure I didn't make the house value go over the orginal value (slipped up by going like 70 over.)
