#redo version of #nookstone house. i kept the size the same (only added a 2 tiles laundry room). the outdoor and the indoor got #renewed interely. Nice turqoise vibes in a quite small and cheap home #under100000simoleons. Not to expensive but its great for a #familywithtoddler. A nice american kitchen with a smaller livingroom. A spacious bathroom, with shower and a tub. A master and a kidsbedroom. Outside there's a small pool for hot summer days, a lounge, while at the back, a grill terrace :)
