The heirs are only giving the 10k simoleons it takes to rent out the house, the rest is up to them: bills, furniture, & anything else they need to survive. It does come with a pool in the backyard. The heirs are allowed to change the paint color, so long as it doesn't mark up the cost of the 10k rent allowance.
