The Sears Sherburne was a kit home sold under catalog number 187 circa 1908-14. It features a sweeping front porch capped by a second floor roof deck. Three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A large kitchen, formal dining room and large living room. The original floor plan had a pantry off the kitchen, I made it a powder room instead.
