Mrs Chardons Tea Emporium is actually a front for an illegal gambling operation which meets in the basement. Mrs Chardon has spent years perfecting the balance between selling Newcrest's finest Tea and making sure the underground movement isn't overtaken by other crooks. It's a lovely cafe with a staffroom and facilities for making cupcakes. You can even view the bakers making the cupcakes through the windowed wall which is just behind the counter. #NOCC #NOMOD
