Remniscent of my favorite small towns, DD is a small loft flat set aside as a single with a small wrap around patio and large open garden. This layout was created with #nocheats and #nocc, though it does contain elements of the #spaday pack. It's intended for use as a single person and can be used with the starting Simoleans. There is, of course, plenty of room for expansion.
