The Pancakes House, renovated using the more correct EA Restrictions. No regard for object count, as long as there are no cheats involved. This is around the same price as the original, but I added a room for Iggy, a workshop for Bob, 2 half bathrooms on the ground floor, and a pool in the backyard. Eliza still has her own bathroom.
