Built and designed by me .. comes complete with an upstairs apartment for your sim, there is a vault door to keep all patrons out during opening hours. UPDATE:: i realized that people could still get up there without a second vault door as you can't lock it from the inside so i rearranged the upstairs and added another vault door so nobody can enter the apartment upstairs. plz don't upload as your own, give credit where due.
