This lot consists of three New York inspired houses. It's a gym, a bar/resturant, a bakery, a massage studio and 7 apartments. You can of course not have different lot types on one lot, but you can use your imagination ;). You can use it as a bar, a communty lot or a residential lot (and only use one apartment).
