This is one lot of my full build of #Newcrest in the #LlamaLagoon neighborhood. I made the town cute and colorful, but also tried to keep it practical. This #pool complex has two pools to help Sims; one side with floaty toys and the other side clear for the serious swimmers (or mermaids!). Baby pools and a fountain, beach towels laid out so that Sims can truly appreciate the joy of sunshine and water. #nomods #noCC #noMOO
