This is one lot of my full build of #Newcrest in the #Bridgeview neighborhood. I made the town cute and colorful, but also tried to keep it practical. This house has a modern flair to it. Two bedrooms, though the study could easily be transformed into a third bedroom. Good for entertaining other Sims, especially those dinner parties! The dining room is front and center in the house, with a large kitchen just behind it, leading out to the fenced backyard. #nomods #noCC #noMOO
