This was supposed to be a smaller family home. It turned out bigger than I wanted. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a formal sitting space, an open concept kitchen, dining & family space. There is a porch area off the back, and open space on the 2nd floor that could be used for hobbies, or an office.
