The Moose Cafe
Did a reno of the gym into a coffee house. Although I have it set as a restaurant, it can easily be converted to a cafe style lot. Currently no menu is set - its up for you to decide. This lot also includes a club hangout for nerds in the second-story that you can either modify or create.
