A micro home with one bathroom & loft bedroom. A cozy chef's kitchen will having your sim clicking their heals three times and saying 'There's no place like home!'. I did play test this build and my sim was able to get to and use everything. The only weird thing (and maybe this will be a non-issue for you) was the little desk.
