A pretty cool #Tier3 Tiny House - if I do say so myself! I was going for a #Nautical feel inside (which seems only fitting), but making the balconies work on the interior took hours and I'm just out of steam! Ideally I would place it as a beach house somewhere. House could hold up to 6 if you got creative. Might be better to replace mid-level twin beds with another purpose. It's *not* play tested yet - please let me know if there are problems!
