The Old Houseboat
During the flood of '93 the captain anchored his houseboat near the lighthouse so it wouldn't go out to sea.But the vessel was stuck on the island when the water subsided so he built a moat around it to memorialize the event. He eventually left it there & disappeared.Now it's home to this surfer dude who showed up here one day & bought it.
