I made a research center for all your sim conservationists. The front is a place for visitors to view the treasures that have been found around Sulani and a gift shop to buy things. The back is a drab office for the researchers to study samples, research I have it set as a #museum because no one showed up at #nationalpark you can probably also set it up as a #retail lot
