A medium sized Spa built on a 40x30 lot in Newcrest! While building this I used a 40x30 lot, but as I was building it I realized that the lot was actually too small to realize the big spa that was in my head! So I'm gonna make a large sized spa version as well. This one includes 1 massage room, nail salon, 1 jacuzzi, pools, sauna's, a restaurant, bars, food truck, relaxation areas, bathrooms and dressing rooms.
