an Italian-style villa from Pinterest, recreated at 1 yard=1.5 squares approx. The floorplan included the secret passageway, I just added the stairs and hedging, bathrooms, and made the gardens slightly smaller so it would fit in a #40x30 lot (originally it was 36x31, so if you'd like more garden, put it on a bigger lot!).
