This is my entry for the #kikoishellchallenge1 by @kikoibuilds - a modern tropical villa featuring a big terrace with an outdoor cooking space, a pool, and a rooftop terrace. I tried to make it very light, airy, and open. Has a master suite with a separate balcony and an guest suite downstairs that could also be kids' bedrooms. Playtested, no CC, MOO to place.
