Baldwin Cottage
Based on Lucky Baldwin's Queen Anne Cottage at the LA County Arboretum, 1885. The original has four bedrooms and a music room, and no kitchen. It functioned as a guest house. I could only find images for three sides, so I took some liberties with the overall shape (and added a kitchen).
