This is based off of the house in Sims FreePlay that you get after completing one of the quests with Bree in it (plus some improvements and improvisations). It has four bedrooms (toddler, kid, teen, adult), four bathrooms, a laundry room, a pool, a music room, and some extra space in the basement which could be converted into another bedroom.
