I found this debug seaplane, and envisioned a pop up style tipi tent for a pilot! It has everything you would need aside for skill building, but the space is so vast you can have literally anything. Makes a faboulous starter for rags to riches, lightly decorated, and game-tested. Coffee Maker doesn't function, but if you van find a work around that'd be cool.
