This is actually a real life ranch style, 1 floor house located in Texas that I wanted to recreate, cause I though it looked really nice. I realized that it could also work as a starter, it's just missing the computer and a tv, but you can place these depending on how many sims live there, cause it fits up to 4 sims, since it has 2 bedrooms with a shared bath.
