#Multifamily unit, lower floor is essentially what is considered an #efficiency unit. There's two bunk beds so you can have up to four #roommates , complete with a #kitchen area, living room area, and small bathroom with the bare essentials. The upper two floors are the main living space for the owner (or owners if there's a couple), perfect for university living or just to lower the cost of living for your sim! Original build credits go to the original builder, I simply furnished the shell. (:
