Comfy Cubby
20x15 Newcrest "Comfy Cubby" Lot for #MsGryphi #SquishToursMicro. Lots of blue, should fit three sims. I am terrible at building and decorating but I tried. Also a starter home for even just one Sim at 18,497 simoleons! (19997 simoleons on the lot chosen for it). Playtested fully, although you have to go to the other side of the Murphy bed BEFORE putting it down to sleep there.
