This foreclosed fixer-upper has been purchased and renovated. I tried my hand at a quasi-realistic, 10,000 simoleon reno. I imagine a small family, maybe a single parent and child, moved in here and fixed the place up a bit. They didn't want to buy a foreclosure, but with a little work they've transformed this overgrown house into a home. #msgryphi #starter
