Trying a refurb... This beach shack is a bit... disheveled. Not sure what happened to the previous owners, but the place has seriously gone down hill. It's sat around for years, but at only $23,000 simoleons, someone finally snatched it up. Should they bulldoze and start over? or try to renovate and rent this out for good money?!
