This beach shack was a bit... disheveled. Not sure what happened to the previous owners, but the place had seriously gone down hill. It's sat around for years, but at only $23,000 simoleons, I finally snatched it up! I was going to bulldoze it, but a friend convinced me to fix it up, trouble is, I only had $15,000 simoleons to do so, I think I did a great job.
